Supported Devices

This page tracks HP printers and scanners that are known to work with node-hp-scan-to.

Being listed means that someone successfully scanned a file from the device. It does not mean every feature works on it. The document feeder, duplex scanning, and uploading to Paperless-ngx or Nextcloud have to be checked per device.

Where a model links to a device report, that report gives the mode and the output that were actually tested. Entries without a link were reported without a dedicated device report to point to.

Add A Printer Report

If your printer works and is not listed yet, open a pull request that updates the list above. Include the following details in the pull request body:

• Exact printer model shown by the printer UI or HP software
• Connection type used by node-hp-scan-to (--address, --name, Docker, or another setup)
• Command or mode tested, such as listen, single-scan, or adf-autoscan
• Output format tested, such as JPG or PDF
• Anything that did not work, if the support is partial

If the device was reported in an issue, link the new entry to that issue so the mode and the output tested stay reachable.
